Our focus is on customer privacy and since every spy cam has its unique UID so it cant be resold to any other customer, so product once sold cannot be taken back or refunded but if the reasons are genuine like deflective on arrival, functions, as mentioned, are not working then, in that case, we can replace/repair that particular item. Warranty

All Spy Cameras comes under the Standard Warranty of 1 year like manufacturing defects. In case of any breakage, burnt, or mishandling the warranty shall be null and void. Customer shall be charged as on actual and the courier charges are also to be bared by the customer.
