Use of content
All logos, brand names, marks, headings, labels, product names, images and any combination of these appearing on the Website are owned by Spy Eye or used by us under licence, unless stated otherwise. Product photographs show concealed camera systems built inside everyday objects; the brand names and product names of those host objects belong to their respective owners and appear here only to show what a finished build looks like.
You may read, browse and print pages of this Website for your own reference. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute or otherwise use any of its content for a public or commercial purpose without our written permission, or the written permission of whoever owns that content.

The Website does not publish prices. Every system we build is quoted individually against the brief you give us — the host object, the environment it has to survive, the runtime it must hold and the capability tier you need. Product descriptions, specifications and photographs on this Website are indicative of past builds and do not constitute an offer to sell on those terms. A quotation from us, in writing, is what forms the basis of an order.
Information you send us through an enquiry form is used to prepare and discuss that quotation. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it. Warranty and returns are covered by our Refund & Warranty Policy, which applies alongside these terms.
Lawful use of our products
Our products are supplied for lawful purposes only, including security, monitoring of your own premises, and the operational requirements of government and law enforcement agencies. That includes the cost of obtaining substitute goods or services; anything arising from goods, data, information or services obtained through the Website; messages received or transactions entered into through it; unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; and loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses — even where we have been advised that such damage was possible.
We are likewise not liable for damages arising from the interruption, suspension or termination of the Website or its services, whether or not that interruption was justified, and whether it was negligent, intentional or inadvertent.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website.
